Hi Yogins.

Since March, we have witnessed a few of our favorite little yoga studios shutter their doors, possibly forever. Every yoga studio, large and small, is struggling to keep their doors open right now. Many yogins are just not ready to return to the studio in person. I get it. I have also noticed that online virtual attendance has dramatically decreased as well. Though these virtual classes don’t have the same overhead, offerings and choices are starting to diminish as demand goes down.

Yoga needs you! All of us have increased pressures and disrupted schedules. Our world is upside down, but this is not the time to roll up your mat and let it collect dust in the corner of your bedroom. Now more than ever, we need to roll out the mat, get on it, and clear our minds.

That said, I have done my best to make it as easy as possible for you to get back on your mat.

Tier Pricing: Classes are tier priced, based on your personal circumstances, making yoga accessible to everyone, no matter what hardships these times may have brought you.

Class packs are also available for purchase… tier priced for the times.
