
Join Kristin for an extended Restorative/Yin and HypnaGarden Yoga Nidra Meditation practice from the comfort of your home. This Virtual practice will include pranayama, a full and passive yin and restorative yoga practice, mudras, and deeply transformative Yoga Nidra with a touch of sacred sound. Props recommended: Pillows or Bolsters, Yoga Blocks, blankets or towels and a strap.
Virtual workshops are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of 5 participants has not been met by 12pm the day of the workshop.
