Kristin Sassi | SEP 27, 2020

Hello Yogins.
Zoom Classes – Passcode Required!
As of today, for the sake of security, Zoom requires either a waiting room or a passcode for all meetings. Please be aware a passcode will now be required to enter all Sassi Pants Yoga classes and workshops upon entry.
After you register for a class, the passcode will be sent in the registration confirmation email. Please email me if you do not receive a confirmation email within minutes of signing up for a class.
New Class Times and Changes:
Yin Yoga with Sacred Sound will now be offered on Wednesdays at 7pm Central Time. This class format is comparable to “restorative” classes offered in many Chicago studios and is a mix of Yin with Restorative:

Insight Timer
Finally, you can now find two of my yoga nidra meditations on Insight Timer! I am really excited to be a part of their teaching community and would greatly appreciate it if you would follow me. Both recordings on Insight Timer were recorded live in my “Rise and Shine” classes.

That about wraps it up. Hope to see you virtually on your mat very soon!
Blessings of love and light to all of you.
