Good Evening, Dear Yogins.

Our "Rise and Shine" Karma Class of yin and yoga nidra is coming to a bittersweet end. As we continue to make our way back to normalcy, my schedule changes, and thus with a heavy, grateful heart, to the virtual class that started it all in March 2020, and you dear people who turned the class into a circle of friends supporting each other with a light of love in darkness, "this group that somehow formed a family," must come full circle to a close, unbroken, for now.

If you are able, please join us, one last time, for yin and yoga nidra at the 'Rise and Shine' Karma Class tomorrow morning at 6:30am CT.
