Rise and shine with meditation, pranayama, some passive yin based restorative yoga poses and a closing yoga nidra meditation with a touch of sacred sound. Props needed: 2 yoga blocks, blankets, bolster and a strap. If you do not have traditional yoga props, use beach towels, pillows, a belt and sturdy books for blocks.
This is a class designed for these uncertain times. This class continues to be a donation based class for accessibility to all. Give only what you can as the spirit moves you.
