HypnaGarden - Yoga Nidra with Yin

When the body is relaxed, the mind is relaxed. Prepare your body for HypnaGarden Yoga Nidra with passive yin practice.

This is a 1/2 yin and 1/2 meditation format. Passive asanas (postures) are held with little to no muscle engagement to open fascia, the connective tissues in the body. Fascia opens with time, gravity and stillness and helps to improve mobility and flexibility. HypnaGarden Yoga Nidra eases the practitioner into a hypnagogic state, the state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping in order to plant seeds of intention for its manifestation.

Props needed: 2 yoga blocks, blankets, bolster and a strap. If you do not have traditional yoga props, use beach towels, pillows, a belt and sturdy books for blocks.
