Kristin Sassi | FEB 19, 2025

So gratefully, my teaching an workshop schedule continues to fill. First, Virtual Restorative Yoga is tonight at 8pm CT. As always on Wednesdays, this is your reminder ❤️. Click here to sign up.

Save yourself from going out into the cold.... and brrrrrr ... it IS cold. PS. Next week Virtual Restorative is canceled as so I can watch my talented son play cello at a gig of his own. Virtual Restorative return in two weeks after this evening's class.

Thank you so much to all who attended the Wheaton Sport Center Sound Bath last Sunday. It is genuinely a pleasure to provide workshops there every month. Great vibes all the way around! Next one is March 16th from 12pm to 2pm. WSC workshop sign up links are posted the first day of the month. WSC limits the space for these events, so they are filling up fast. I will give you a heads up as soon as I know they are posted.

This upcoming Sunday, my Restorative Sound Journey at Yoga by Degrees in Western Springs is sold out with a waiting list. Looking forward to seeing those who are signed up. If you are attending this one, I encourage you to bring a bolster (if you have one) and extra blankets for added comfort. Since this is a sold out workshop come early to claim your spot. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the workshop is from 6pm to 8pm.

If you were unable to get on the list this Sunday, sign up links are now up for the Downers Grove Restorative Sound Journey on March 23rd at Yoga by Degrees. Click "Workshops" all locations to find the link. Here is the sound bath calendar for March:

Anyway, I am overwhelmed by the loving support, enthusiastic response and beautiful energy at these sound baths AND I absolutely love doing them. I will also be sound bathing FFC Elmhurst on March 30th from 1:30pm to 3:30 pm. FFC peeps, mark your calendars. Price is $20 for members, $40 for non-members at FFC. As soon as I have a sign up link, I will post it.

Hope to see you at one of these dates. That is it for now.

Peace to all!

Kristin
