Hi Yogins.

Hope you are enjoying these beautiful autumn days and are soaking up all of the details that make it so lovely.

First, I want to thank all of those who have joined me in my new weekly virtual class: "Feel Good Friday - Gentle & Yin Yoga with Meditation". It has been so wonderful to reconnect with dear friends and virtual yogins once again. This class will continue to be offered on Fridays at noon.

Heads up: Two virtual workshops/extended practices have been posted to the Sassi Pants Yoga November schedule:

Sunday, November 7th at 12pm - 1:30pm

Peaceful Warrior Extended Practice - This virtual extended practice is active and includes breathwork, standing sequences, breath to movement, stretching, and of course sacred sound and meditation.

Sunday, November 14th at 5pm - 6:48pm (indeed a challenge for me!) Vibrant Rest - 108 Minutes of Restorative, Yin Yoga & Meditation - This virtual workshop is passive and suitable for all skill levels. Sumptuous stillness, stretching & relaxation with breathwork, meditation and sacred sound.
