Greetings to all!

Outdoor Yoga is in full swing and we couldn't be more blessed with beautiful weather. Last call for 'Yoga in the Park' tomorrow in Maryknoll Park in Glen Ellyn. Tomorrow, we will open the portals and tune into our creative selves.

Outdoor Yoga and Meditation in Brookfield begins this Monday at the Compassion Factory in partnership with Focus OM.

In the meantime, make every moment matter and relish what is my favorite time of year.
