Today I will begin my journey teaching on Insight Timer. Insight Timer is the world’s most popular meditation app and I am so honored to be a part of it.

On Wednesdays at 12pm CT , I will teach a series of 30 minute classes called “Mid-Week Meditation”. Today’s emphasis is on the ‘Joy of Being’. This session will include pranayama, pause, visualization and mudra.

Download Insight Timer for free on your mobile phone if you have not done so already. My idea is to bring meditation to all, midweek, midday to reset and refuel during these challenging times. Join me on your lunch hour. Unlike Zoom classes, I will be unable to see you during this session. You can chat with me on Insight Timer though at the beginning and end of each session.

Sassi Pants Yoga is here for you virtually. As Illinois ramps up mitigations, I will be adding classes as needed and may even include some guest teachers on the schedule, as well. Class packs are available and are affordable.
