Hear Me Out: Easy Fix to Improve the Virtual Yoga Experience

As a teacher who is also a student and takes virtual classes, I realize that a virtual teacher can only do so much to increase the volume of a Zoom class. It is entirely possible to have the volume setting maxed out on the Zoom settings and maxed out on the laptop settings and still not be able to hear comfortably (even when the teacher has a headset microphone). This is because the virtual yoga student is undoubtedly 4 to 5 feet away from their computer screen, and speakers within our laptops are small and limited. Most seasoned yogins know that being able to hear the cues is far more important than seeing a teacher demo a sequence. Here is one gem to improve your overall virtual experience:

If you are taking Virtual/Zoom yoga classes and do not have a speaker to amplify the sound of your laptop, do yourself a favor and get one.
Not only does this bluetooth speaker from DOSS amplify the sound, it amplifies the experience.
This one is quite affordable and can also be plugged into a laptop if needed.
This small item makes all the difference when you take a virtual class, especially a virtual yoga class! It has served me well! Namaste.
