Happy June, Yogins!

The Summer Solstice is approaching and it is no secret it is one of my favorite times of the year to celebrate. This year I am the guest at two different events in two very different settings.

On Saturday, June 22nd, Join me at Stonehill Farm in Barrington (with the sweetest Alpaca herd you will ever meet and NO CICADAS). This event goes from 4 to 7pm and features a 75 minute yoga stretch and sound healing. This event is sponsored by Melissa Hovey and all of the contact details are on the flyer if you have any questions. You can reserve your spot via Zelle (@312.933.8582) or Venmo (@mhovey), and email, phone, or text her to let her know you've signed up. Bring your swimsuit, yoga mat, and bolster (pillow) to swim, rest, meditate, and meet the alpaca herd in this beautiful, natural setting.

For those in the Wheaton area who prefer a studio/sanctuary like setting, join me at the gorgeous yoga studio at the Wheaton Sport Center, Sunday June 23rd from 12pm to 2pm for the "Summer Solstice Renew, Rest & Manifest" where we will do traditional intention setting, Yoga Nidra, Yin and Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. All props are provided. No need to bring anything but yourself.
