Join me at Stonehill Farm in Barrington (with the sweetest Alpaca herd you will ever meet). Saturday events go from 3pm to 7pm and feature a 75 minute brief yoga stretch and sound bath meditation . Saturday Sound Baths are at 5pm, arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Weather permitting, bring your swimsuit and a towel for a swim. Definitely bring a yoga mat, and bolster (pillow). Swim, rest, meditate, and meet the alpaca herd in this beautiful, natural setting. Light & nutritious vegan and gluten free food and refreshments will be served.
